Do you or do you not love your Wii?

Zelda: Twilight Princess... says it all.

But does the game REALLY make the system? I mean really, sure it a GREAT game but you CAN play it on the gamecube. Not to mention emulators if you have the time and money to invest in that kinda stuff. So is the reason you love your Wii that game or that you REALLY love the system?

I've played it on the Gamecube; it's playing it with the Wii controls that make it feel up to par with the pretty graphics. (Which the Wii isn't usually known for, but TP is one of their lovelier games.) An emulator that can provide all the elements the Wii does won't be available for quite a long time, anyway.

I love the game and, admittedly, that gives me some bias, but I love the system's intuition, also. And if you only want to talk about the actual consoles, then maybe it'd be impossible to love any system... Unless you find some sadistic pleasure in rubbing XBox joysticks or stroking your Wii controllers, it's the games - and the way the machine is able to provide and nourish those games - that matter.
